What the...... fish tank

Today Anthony and I were reorganizing his room to make room for the fish tank Aunt Kim was giving him.  Out of the blue Emily said, "What the hell is this?" referring to a foam flower she found on the floor.  She started smiling so I was pretty sure she knew she was saying something bad. I explained to her that was a bad word and she couldn't say it.  I asked her if she knew which word that she said was bad, she smiled and repeated, "What is this?" So I guess she knew.

The kids and I were playing in the girls room again and at some point Emily had her hand down her pants.
Anthony:  Get your hands out of your pants!
Emily:  They're not.  I'm scratching my back crack!

Aunt Kim had a 10 gallon aquarium she hadn't used for awhile.  We offered her some of our baby black convicts, but instead she decided to give Anthony her tank for his room.  Anthony was thrilled.  Daddy picked it up from Aunt Kim's house and helped Anthony set it up.  We counted the babies.  There are now 28 in Anthony's room.  And we think there are another 13 in the big tank.  Anthony asked if we should put the parents in the little tank with the babies. I said no and explained that if the parents weren't there to protect the babies in the big tank, then the babies would get eaten.  That and we don't want to overpopulate the little tank. I guess Emily must have been listening to this conversation because when I was trying to catch the babies, Emily asked me to catch Fishy Emily (the big blue one) because she would be lonely without her babies.  1.  The babies are not Fishy Emily's and 2.  We think Fishy Emily is a he.  :)
