I want to take you to RIO 2

Last night I took Emily to the movies in Pigeon Forge to see Rio 2. For the longest time Rio was her favorite movie so we've been looking forward to the sequel for a long time.  The theater was not crowded at all and very loudly Emily exclaimed, "Why is this movie so boring?"   I was sad that she didn't like it but she said she did.  Later she told me again that it was boring.  I told her that I was sorry she didn't like it but I loved it.  She said she loved it too and asked, "What does boring mean anyway?"  When I asked her where she had heard that word she said probably her brother.  She spent the first half of the movie on the edge of her seat.  Not because of the movie but because she was afraid to get eaten by the theaters chair.   It was a school night but putting to Emily wasn't a problem.  She fell asleep on the way home.  Daddy carried her inside and when he put her in bed she fell right asleep.

Well I think Anthony had a good birthday.  He turned the big 10.  He's now in the double digits.  I still can't believe he's ten already.  Emily was the first to wake up.  The kids discovered that the Easter Bunny left a trail of candy from their bedrooms to their baskets.   Aubrey's still not understanding the whole eat your hard boiled egg before your candy rule. Grandma and Grandpa came over for the egg hunt and dinner. After they left Aunt Kim stayed and taught Anthony how to play chess on the new chessboard she got him.  She said he caught on really quick and is really good at the game already.  When I asked Anthony later what his favorite part of the day was.  He said, his 3rd favorite part was the water balloon/grenade fight (that was me and Daddy's favorite part)  He said it would have been his very favorite if Emily would have participated more.  (She was afraid to get wet and didn't want anyone throwing balloons at her.  He said his 2nd favorite part was the Easter Egg hunt.  This year the Easter Bunny hid eggs in our yard.  They were full of candy and tokens to Chuck E Cheese.  He said his very favorite part of the day was waking up to the party in the living room.  Daddy and I stayed up the night before blowing up balloons and we hung a banner. I made him a cake covered in flavored marshmallows and Grandma made a bunny cake.  Daddy made a yummy dinner  Afterwards the kids had a water balloon fight on the trampoline.
