Aunt Kathy, Uncle Joe, and a big box of suprises

Wednesday Carysa came over after school  Anthony was considering taking a second hip hop class on Wednesdays and it was bring a friend week, so we brought Emily along with us to class.  After Anthony, Carysa, and Emily played on the trampoline in the gym.

Thursday was a rough day.  Emily insisted Ms. Celeste was sick and not coming to school and that Ms. Rachel would be there.  As soon as I opened the front door at school, Emily got upset and refused to go inside.  I had to carry her in the door and to class. She cried when I left. I was so worried about her all day. I went to school during naptime to talk to Ms. Tania and check on Emily.  Ms. Tania showed me pictures she took of Emily that day and she seemed happy.  She let me bring her home during naptime.  Emily was so excited.  She had a picnic lunch in the living room and afterwards, we cuddled and watched The Fresh Beat Band together like the old days.

The girls and I picked up Anthony and Carysa up from school and then went to Grandma and Grandpas so Anthony could tell them his big news. He won an art contest at school. He drew an optical illusion in red and green.  There were only two winners from his school and  twenty four in the whole county.  His artwork will be blown up and put on display at Dollywood plus he won two season passes. The Mountain Press newspaper should be coming to his school sometime next week to take his picture for the paper.  He is very excited and we are so proud of him.

Grandma invited us to stay for pizza and snowballs. Kim and Grandma joined us to watch Carysa's tumbling class.  Then Anthony went to his hip hop class and Carysa stayed and helped Emily with her tumbling class.  It didn't go so well, but hopefully Emily has a better time Tuesday at her tap and ballet class.

Yesterday Emily had a better day.  Friday is show and tell day at school.  She loves to bring something for show and tell.  She brought a purple ballerina. (She was told to bring something that was her favorite color) Anthony's school got out an hour early for the rod run, so we picked Emily up early too.  She was excited to get to leave early two days in a row.  She was really excited to find out there was a box waiting for us at home. Aunt Kathy and Uncle Joe sent a box for us that had all kinds of goodies.  We all got Baltimore Ravens apparel.  (that was Mommy's favorite)  Anthony got toys and candy.  Emily got some activities and crabby patties, Aubrey got a book and some squeaky bath toys.  The bath toys were a huge hit.  The kids have some bath toys, but none that squeak. Aubrey was so proud of herself every time she made them make noise.  Emily thought they were hilarious, especially when she discovered she can make fart noises with them.  Emily colored the tub walls with her new bath crayons.  Aubrey tried to help but then she wanted to eat the crayons so we had to take them away. She was mad too. I guess green crayons taste really good.

Aunt Kathy asked that we all dress up in our Ravens gear and pose for a family picture.  I think that's a great idea.  I talked to Grandma and she said she will take some pictures for us.  I'm sad the Ravens game won't be televised this week.  (At least not in Tennessee - the Titans are playing at the same time)  But we're hoping to take our picture either this Sunday or next.  I'm so excited.  The last picture with all five of us was taken on my 35th birthday and Aubrey was just a baby.
