Drive in

Tonight Grandma watched Emily so we could take Anthony to the drive in to see Despicable me. He had fun a couple weeks ago when we took him to see Cats and Dogs so we thought we'd bring him again. He wore what he called a disguise. He wanted to look like a nerd. He wore three hats and his sunglasses that light up blue and red that we got him a few months ago at the Joseph and the Technicolor Dream Coat show. I surprised Anthony and got him a pack of silly bands from the grocery store while the boys were getting gas. When we got to the drive in I asked Anthony if I could borrow one for a few hours since I forgot a pony tail. He's so adorable. He asked if he could do my hair and promised he knew how because he's done Emileigh's, his friend from school. He wanted to put a pony tail on each side, like how I had it when I was a kid. I asked him how he knew that. He said from the picture he saw on the wall in the toy room.  It's funny what kids notice. That pictures been on the wall for a couple years and I forgot it was even there. On the drive home Johnny and I thought we were being pulled over when we saw flashing lights but it was Anthony. He had turned on his glasses.
