Baby girl has a name

We have finally settled on a name for our baby girl.  We had so much trouble deciding.  Johnny and I both wrote a list of our favorites. Anthony even wrote one too.  Ideas we've had since the beginning have been Carolina Blue, Carolina Raven, Rebecca Lynn, Sarah Grace, Jayme Grace.   We were torn with Jayme.  I love the name and have been thinking of her as Jayme for almost a month now.  I took a bottle and wrote our top two names on paper five times each and put them on the bottle.  Johnny, Anthony, and I all took turns drawing names.  Anthony and I each picked opposite names and Daddy's was the tie breaker.  The baby's name will be my original choice, AUBREY GRACE!  I sure hope she likes it. It was hard to pick a name after accidently starting a pattern.  Anthony and Emily both start with a vowel, end with a Y and have three syllables.  Anthony really wanted a name that started with a vowel and ended with a Y.  He and his friend Frank brainstormed and came up with O'Reily.  Of course I vetoed it because I didn't want to name our new baby after an auto parts store.  Anthony's so funny.  After we agreed on the name, I asked him what he thought.  He asked if it's spelled Abreiy.  When I told him how it's spelled, he asked if it could end with an E.  I reminded him that the reason he liked it was because it ended with a Y like his.  He said, "Oh yeah!"

Emily can't wait for her baby sister to get here.  She hugs her every day and tells me how much she loves her.  Today she put her hands on my belly and said she was holding her baby sister. She says her baby sister will be her best freind. She can't wait to give her her presents.  (bottles, binkies, diapers)  She's been practicing holding her baby doll. She knows when she holds her baby she has to sit down and that she has to hold her head.  One day when Emily pooped in her pullup, I told her to grab a new one and I would be right there to change her.  I found Emily in her room attempting to put one of her sisters baby diapers on her doll.  She told me the baby pooped too.

Just a little over a week left to go.  We're getting excited here at the Bryant house and are just about ready for baby Aubrey's arrival.
