Grandma watched Aubrey so I could take Anthony and Emily to the Nascar Speedpark for Sevier County days. They also had a mini festival with face painting, balloon animals, boys on stilts, and a sand art station. Anthony didn't want to ride the go karts but Emily drove one for the first time. Anthony and I were making jokes with each other about what a slow and cautious driver she was, but we're pretty sure that was as fast as the cars went. Anthony's favorite ride was the Starship 3000. It didn't have seats and it spun in circles so fast that you floated out of your seat. Emily wouldn't ride it with him a second time, she said she would throw up. The kids played in the arcade and rode all the rides together and played a long time in the indoor playground. And we played a round of mini golf. Emily took her golf club and turned it into a cane and said, "Look, I'm Memom!" Anthony won at golf. Anthony always wins. :) I got my face painted hoping Emily would too, but by the time she felt ready to have something painted on her hand instead, the lady doing the painting had packed up and left. We spent almost seven hours at the park. The kids got a long so well. There were a few minor arguments over golf. Anthony didn't like when Emily didn't play by the rules, but for the most part, they were on their best behavior. We all had a lot of fun. When we picked Aubrey up from Grandma and Grandpa's Aubrey pointed to my face and said, "kitty kitty meow meow."
