Anthony woke up first, then together we woke Emily. Anthony saw his basket and said "The Easter Bunny must love me!" Emily was a little hesitant at first. Anthony had already checked out the contents of his basket while Emily was still pointing and smiling at the marshmallow peep on the front of hers. After awhile she put him on her tray and drove him around like a car. Both kids followed the Mommy's breakfast rule. (First they had to eat their hard boiled egg before having any candy)
I'm almost finished packing for our trip. The kids and I leave for Virginia Beach in the morning with Grandma and Grandpa to see Aunt Chris and Cousin Skylar. In just a litle bit we'll be headed to Grandma and Grandpa's for our 1st non traditional Easter cook out. I hope they like the chocolate covered fruit I made for dessert. Maybe the Easter Bunny hid some eggs in their yard again this year.
