The drive in and my little gps
Tonight I took Anthony and Aunt Kim to the drive in in Maryville to see Nanny McPhee. I wasn't expecting to like the movie but figured we'd have a good time together. Well I was wrong. We had a fantastic time. The movie was great and so was the company. The best part was the drive home. Since I'm not comfortable driving at night and especially in areas I'm not familiar with, I was very nervous. I remember making two left turns to get there so I was a bit concerned when it only took one right turn to get home. I was pretty sure I was on the right road but felt positive after I asked Anthony if he thought we were going the right way and he said yes. You see, my little man is better than any GPS. He is wonderful with directions. The ride home was the best part of the evening, as if it could have gotten much better. All three of us laughed our butts off the whole way home. What a great night!
