Anthony's cub scout meeting was so much fun this week. They practiced their skit for cowboys and indians. Ok, mostly they played, but we had a great time watching them. Last time, Emily stole the show and took the indian chief's dog. This time she stole all the food (plastic) from the 'fire'. All the cowboy's brought stick horses from home. It was Anthony's turn to narrate the story, so he gave his horse to Jayden. I guess Emily didn't like that because she marched right up to Jayden, grabbed the horse and gave it back to Anthony. She looked so confused when he told her to give it back. I think she must have thought she was saving her brother from a bully.
Last night Aunt Kim and I took the kids to the movies to see the Lorax. It was Emily's first movie at the theater and she had been asking to see it for weeks. She was pretty good. She got up a few times and talked a little, but she was better behaved then most of the kids there. My favorite was when she left her seat to go tickle Aunt Kim.
