Today was girls day. Grandma, Emily and I went SHOPPPPPING!!! We took her to Burkes Outlet where she got a little loud, grabbed clothes off of hangers, tickets off clothes and felt the soft material of the clothes across her cheek..... as she wiped her nose on them. Then we went to the Applebarn restaurant where she had several admirers and met a few new friends. She slept thru the shoe store, which is a bit of a shame because she absolutely loves shoes. Tonight I made homemade vegetable steak soup, which no one wanted. Anthony eventually had some out of my bowl. I caught the cat on the dining room table eating Anthony's leftovers so I put in on the floor for her and Lucy growled at her. I was starting to feel a little better about my cooking abilities after the pets had their food fight until about ten minutes later and the cat threw up.
