Today they were celebrating Mother's Day at school. I never got to go with Anthony because I was always working so I was really excited to get to go with Emily today. She was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect but she came around. Aubrey came with us and sat next to her. Together they ate cookies. I think Aubrey is ready for school. I left Aubrey in the classroom with Emily twice to get them each a second cookie and not only did she not get out of her chair, but I'm pretty sure she never even noticed I left the room. When Ms. Rachel announced that it was time to line up for playground time, both girls went straight to the front of the line. I think Aubrey would have done just fine if I had left her there for the day. I guess she figures any place that gives you cookies must be okay. When I drove away I could see Emily running around the playground with two of her friends. I love to see her have fun at school.
