Our First Visit

Daddy went to check on the ducks this morning while the rest of us were still sleeping.  He came back and said they survived the night.  We walked up there with Cheerios. The ducks never came to us but they did turn their heads when we called their names. They never came out of the water. They swam close. We had a pretty awesome time visiting. The ducks are a few Cheerios but mostly the giant catfish came to the surface to eat. It was a lot of fun to watch. I'm pretty sure the fish must have nibbled at the ducks feet a few times because all of a sudden they would get startled and swim away. I love how the four of them stick together.

The Drop Off

Last night we dropped the ducks off at the pond down the road. It was a sad but happy day. Grandpa took Emily and I to drop off Ming Ming and Quackers. Quackers pooped in the car....on the door speaker. Haha. I put her in the pond first but she climbed back out and came right back to me. So I put Ming Ming in the water. He stayed, so I put Quackers in next. This time they both stayed and swam across the pond to the other end and got out the other side where we had walked to the car. We rush out of there so they wouldn't follow us. By the time we came back with Waddles and Webster and the rest of the kids, the other ducks were back in the water. They looked happy.

Sleepover at Morgans

Morgan invited Emily for another sleepover. Emily had a blast. I heard they had a tea party last night and this morning the girls played basketball at the Y. Then they went to swimming at Morgan's grandmothers again.

Day 2

2nd day of school for Anthony and Emily.
4th day of pre-k for Aubrey.
